These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and taxi888 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://taxi888.cam and all associated services, features, content, and functionality made available through the Platform.

taxi888 is an online casino and sports betting platform operated under an international online gaming licence. The Platform is designed for and made available to adult users aged 21 years and above. To be eligible to open and maintain an Account with taxi888, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. taxi888 does not permit gambling by any individual under the age of 21, and we enforce this restriction through mandatory KYC verification prior to your first withdrawal.
2. You are a natural person acting in your own name and on your own behalf, and not as an agent or nominee for any third party.
3. You are not a current employee, officer, director, agent, or affiliate of taxi888, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
4. You have not previously been permanently excluded or banned from the Platform, nor voluntarily self-excluded through the Platform's self-exclusion programme.
5. You have not been declared legally incapacitated or incompetent by any court of competent jurisdiction.
6. You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law. Users are solely responsible for determining whether their use of the Platform is lawful in their country of residence or access location.

Each User may hold only one (1) active Account on the Platform at any time. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You are obligated to maintain and promptly update this information as necessary to keep it accurate and complete.

Prior to processing your first withdrawal request, taxi888 will require you to complete KYC verification. You will be required to submit:

• A clear copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document (Malaysian IC / MyKad, passport, or equivalent);
• A recent utility bill, bank statement, or other proof of address not older than three (3) months, if requested; and
• Proof of ownership of any payment method used to deposit funds.

taxi888 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time for anti-money laundering (AML) compliance purposes. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. taxi888 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain credential security.

taxi888 supports deposits and withdrawals through a range of Malaysia-friendly payment methods, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and selected cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, and BNB).

Deposits: Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing fees are displayed within the Cashier section of the Platform at the time of transaction. Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and return of funds, less any applicable processing fees.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with the following general conditions:

• The Account must be fully KYC-verified prior to the first withdrawal.
• All applicable wagering requirements attached to any active bonuses must be satisfied before bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction and per day are displayed in the Cashier section.
• Estimated processing times: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) typically under 5 minutes; DuitNow/FPX bank transfers typically 5–15 minutes; direct bank wire transfers typically 15–60 minutes. These are indicative estimates and not guaranteed timeframes.

taxi888 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal it considers unusual in amount, frequency, or other characteristics. Such checks are conducted in accordance with our AML obligations and are not indicative of any wrongdoing by the User.

taxi888 offers various promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, birthday bonuses, referral bonuses, and crypto deposit bonuses. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are available to Users who have a fully registered Account and meet the eligibility criteria specified in the relevant promotion.
• Each promotion may be claimed once per User, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise.
• All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses not used within the specified expiry period will be forfeited without notice.
• taxi888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage betting, or use of automated software — will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

Birthday Bonus: Tier-based birthday bonuses (ranging from MYR 188 at Bronze tier to MYR 2,688 at VIP tier) are credited to eligible accounts on the User's registered date of birth. The applicable tier is determined by the User's average monthly deposit activity in the three calendar months preceding the birthday month.

Referral Bonus: Users may earn a referral reward of MYR 38 per successful referral. A referral is deemed successful when the referred individual completes registration, makes a qualifying first deposit, and satisfies the minimum wagering threshold. Both the referring User and the referred User must be distinct individuals — self-referrals are prohibited.

By using the sports betting and casino gaming features of the Platform, you agree to the following general rules:

• All bets and wagers are final once accepted and confirmed by the Platform. It is your responsibility to ensure all details — stake amount, selection, market — are correct before confirming.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and games. These limits are displayed within the relevant section of the Platform and may vary by market, event, or game type.
• In the event of an obvious error — including mispriced odds, incorrect market configurations, or software malfunction — taxi888 reserves the right to void the affected bet or wager. The stake will be returned to the User's Account in such circumstances.
• For live in-play betting markets, odds are subject to change in real time. A bet is accepted only when the Platform confirms acceptance at the displayed price. Delayed submissions may receive a revised price.
• All casino games, including live dealer games, use independently audited random number generation (RNG) systems or certified live dealing procedures. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are indicative over long-run statistical samples and do not guarantee specific outcomes for any individual session.
• Game outcomes are final. taxi888 will not reverse completed game rounds except where a verified technical malfunction has demonstrably affected the result.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

1. Fraudulent Activity: Using false, misleading, or fabricated identity information during registration or KYC; submitting forged or altered documents; impersonating another person.
2. Multi-accounting: Creating or maintaining more than one Account, whether under your own name or any alias, for any purpose including circumventing self-exclusion or bonus restrictions.
3. Collusion: Colluding with other players in any poker, live dealer, or multi-player game format to gain an unfair advantage.
4. Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers through matched betting, arbitrage strategies, or any practice designed to extract guaranteed profit from bonus terms rather than engaging in genuine recreational play.
5. Unauthorised Software: Using bots, automated betting scripts, data-scraping tools, or any software that artificially influences the outcome of a game or the operation of the Platform.
6. Money Laundering: Using the Platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity, including depositing and withdrawing funds without genuine gambling activity.
7. Charge-backs: Initiating payment reversals, charge-backs, or disputes with payment providers in bad faith. Verified charge-back abuse will result in permanent account closure and recovery of the disputed amount.
8. Third-Party Payments: Funding your Account using a payment method not registered in your own name, or accepting deposits into your Account on behalf of a third party.

taxi888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where:

• The User has violated any provision of these Terms;
• Fraud, collusion, or prohibited conduct is suspected or confirmed;
• The User is identified as a Prohibited User;
• Regulatory or compliance obligations require us to do so;
• The Account has been inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) or more months.

Upon closure of an Account for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any remaining real-money Balance (net of any unmet bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to the User via their last verified payment method, less any applicable withdrawal processing fees, within a reasonable timeframe.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, taxi888 reserves the right to retain the Balance to offset any losses suffered, costs incurred, or damages arising from the User's conduct.

Users may close their Account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. Accounts enrolled in the self-exclusion programme will be closed for the elected exclusion period and cannot be reopened prior to its expiry, regardless of User request.

taxi888 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing a safe entertainment environment for all players. The following responsible gambling features are available to all registered Users:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits may be set at any time via the Account settings. Increases to deposit limits take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period; decreases take effect immediately.
• Session Time Limits: Users may set automatic session duration reminders or hard stop timers to prevent extended uninterrupted play.
• Reality Checks: Periodic notifications reminding Users of the duration and value of their current session.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may elect to self-exclude for periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed until the elected period has elapsed. Permanent self-exclusion is irrevocable.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software comprising part of the Platform;
• Use any automated means to access, scrape, or index any part of the Platform;
• Use the taxi888 name, logo, or branding without prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of Platform intellectual property may result in immediate Account termination and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, taxi888 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your access to or use of the Platform, or any inability to access or use the Platform;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on or through the Platform;
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform's services due to technical faults, maintenance, or force majeure events;
• Losses resulting from your gambling activity, including failure to win any wager;
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Any errors in odds, game payouts, or promotional values that are demonstrably the result of technical malfunction, where taxi888 has voided the affected transaction and returned the original stake.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. taxi888 makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the accuracy of any information displayed, or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose.

taxi888 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is available at https://taxi888.cam/privacy-policy.

By creating an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes data necessary for account management, payment processing, KYC verification, customer support, and fraud prevention. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Communications related to your Account — including transactional notifications, security alerts, and promotional messages (where you have opted in) — will be sent to the email address registered on your Account. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by contacting our support team.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which taxi888 holds its international online gaming licence. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body as designated by taxi888 in its current licensing terms.

Nothing in this clause prevents taxi888 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.

taxi888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to notify registered Users via the email address on their Account at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.

The current version of the Terms is always available on this page and will display the "Last Updated" date at the top. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and notify us in writing that you wish to close your Account. We will return your cleared Balance to your verified payment method in accordance with our standard withdrawal procedures.
